Crispy Rava Dosa
Ingredients
- 1 cup rava(sooji)
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup maida
- 1 tablespoon besan flour
- salt as per taste
- 4 chopped green chilli
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon curd
- fresh coriander leaves
- cashews nut
- fresh grated ginger
- Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix water & Curd.The batter should be very thin of buttermilk consistency.
- Heat a pan and It should be really hot. Drizzle some oil and pour the watery batter.
- Let it cook in medium flame until the dosa browns to a golden colour & Serve hot with sambar :)
