RAva LAddu
Ingredients:
- Rava (sooji) - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 4-5 tspn
- Raisins - 1 tspn
- Cashews - 2 tspn
- Cardamom pwd - 1/2 tspn
- Milk (boiled&cooled) - 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat a pan on medium low heat & add 2 tspn of ghee,fry the cashews and raisins.
- In the same pan add rava and fry for 5 mins continuously.
- Then add sugar , grated cocount and cardamom pwd give a fine stir for another 3 mins.
- Add 2 tspn of ghee to that mixture and transfer to a plate & let it cool down.
- Add 1 tspn of milk in a small portion of rava mixture, Make a ball and set aside in dry place.
- Once cooled, store them in an air tight container .
